I have looked through the server and we currently have 21 security groups in the server. Can someone please help me to determine how many we need exactly and what the access rules should be for those groups?
Kind Regards,

No idea on how security groups are set up at this time.
I'm a regular volunteer user to get the visuals ready for Sunday mornings. I currently log-in with the user name worship. I have quite a lot of things stored in the worship home drive that I use for visual support - song lyrics, graphics, etc.

Can you create a list of the groups and lets review them collectively? No one person probably knows them all but as a group we can probably figure them out.

a lot are default windows groups. i can stay after church one sunday if you want to go through everything. I was heavly involved in the setup, migration and installation of the windows SBS 2003 server and exchange, firewall, backup etc. i can also give some background going back 2-3 years, and where we came from to where we are now. also the all covered relationship and service i am familiar with.
